Shipping Information:

Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days via United States Postal Service Priority Mail ($5.65 (includes Delivery Confirmation) plus $2.00 per item for handling) or UPS as selected by the customer. Please note weekends and holidays are not considered business days. You will be sent an email notification upon shipment of the merchandise.

1- We charge a flat rate of $30 U.S. Dollars Plus $2 per item for international shipping and handling. We will notify you if the U.S. Post Office charge exceeds our reflected rate prior to accepting your order via email.

IMPORTANT: In order to activate the "Shopping Basket" for international shipping, please change the UPS Shipping Method to: International by US Airmail on the drop down window and click on the APPLY button. If you fail to make this change your order will not be processed. UPS is used as a domestic shipping method for U.S.A. customers only.

2- The buyer is responsible for all taxes, V.A.T & other customs fees.

3- No mailing to P.O.Box addresses. Complete name, street address, phone number and email address is required.

The shipments to most international destinations will be sent via US Global Priority Mail.

The shipments to Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait & UAE is sent via US Airmail Parcel Post which takes up to 7 to 10 days mailing time.

Return Policy:

All sale items are final. No returns will be accepted.

We will accept returns of regular priced merchandise that are NOT opened, used, or damaged within 7 calendar days for domestic and 14 calendar days for international customers, from the date of delivery.

You must send an email to: Stencils@HomeArtAndFun.com to obtain a return authorization code. Please write this code on a copy of your invoice and send back with the merchandise.

Shipping and handling is non-refundable. WE DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR CLEARANCE AND/OR USED MERCHANDISE. We will refund the price you paid for the stencil(s) LESS a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Returns on special offers such as purchases made using discount Coupons; will be adjusted based on that particular discount rule plus the applicable house rules. If your return does not bring your total below the Coupon Requirement for the given discount, then, only the standard return policy will apply.

When preparing to return:

1- Email us at: Stencils@HomeArtAndFun.com, to receive a return authorization. If you wish to talk to us please provide a phone number along with a written request for us to contact you via the provided number.

2- Place a copy of your invoice or your billing name, return authorization code, email address, phone and shipping address in the package, so we credit the correct account.

3- Do not bend, crush or fold the stencil. We do not issue refunds for damaged stencils.

4- It is best to use the box in which the merchandise was delivered or one of equal size.

5- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

6- Please use a shipment method that provides you with PROOF OF DELIVERY.

Damage during shipping:

Please inspect the merchandise upon receipt. If you detect any damages, please contact us to make arrangements for replacement of merchandise. Our shipments are insured. We will have to receive the damaged merchandise before we can replace it. Please use the box in which the merchandise was delivered for your return shipment or one of equal size. Do not forget to include your return authorization code on a copy of your invoice.
